A Note from the Renovation Team

What a year it has been at First Baptist Church of Black Mountain! We have added several new members to our church family, supported missionaries through our Hospitality House, created new connections and small groups, and added a new staff member. This is in addition to ongoing outreach in the community and regular worship together. Our church is growing and changing in so many ways. We would like to sincerely thank YOU for making all the good we did this past year possible with your generosity.
In addition to the ministry growth at our church, the church family voted unanimously to undertake an exciting new and needed project that will propel our church forward and allow for continued use and growth of our historic building. We have planned a sanctuary update/renovation that will make our Worship Center more welcoming, accessible, and structurally sound.
This church fellowship has been a beacon of light in the Valley for over a century and it is our charge to keep the light shining. If you are interested in giving towards this project, please visit the giving page below and select “Sanctuary Improvements.”
